Thumbnails
Garren makes YouTube thumbnails for your 16:9 videos, two per set, based on example thumbnails you like. The first set of each video is included.
Pick your examples
Thumbnails are made from 2 to 4 example thumbnails that show the look you want.
- With your YouTube channel added, the YouTube tab asks Use your channel's thumbnails as examples? Choose Yes, use these or Choose others.
- Or choose Add examples to pick 2 to 4 thumbnails from your channel, or Upload thumbnails you like.
Garren then makes two thumbnails at 1280 × 720 that match your examples and the video's topic.
A new set
Not happy with them? Choose New set for two new thumbnails. The first set of each video is included; each new set uses 1 credit.
People in thumbnails
When a thumbnail shows a person, make sure you have their permission to use their face. Check every thumbnail before you publish it.
