Your account

Change your name, email address and password, choose your emails, and delete your account in Settings.

Account settings

Go to Settings › Account:

• Name: shown in the app.
• Email: choose Change. Garren sends a 6-digit code to the new address to confirm it.
• Password: choose Change and enter your current password and a new one.
• Sign out other devices: signs you out everywhere except here.

Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The reset link works for one hour.

Emails

Settings › Notifications has the emails Garren sends. When an edit is ready tells you when a video is done.

Your YouTube channel

Add your channel on the Channel page with its link, for example youtube.com/@yourhandle. Garren shows your channel's videos and numbers, learns from your titles, and can use your videos as references for a custom style and your thumbnails as examples.

Your content

You own everything you upload and everything Garren makes from it. Garren uses it only to make your videos. It isn't used to train AI models.

To get a copy of your information, correct it or have it deleted, write to hello@garren.si from your account's email address.

Delete your account

Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. Type your email address (and your password) to confirm, then choose Delete for good. Your styles, videos, uploads and channel are deleted. A paid plan is cancelled at the same time, so nothing more is charged. Garren emails you to confirm.

Download anything you want to keep before you delete your account.
